LTG (Ret) William G. “Jerry” Boykin was one of the original members of the US Army’s Delta Force. He was privileged to ultimately command these elite warriors in combat operations. Later, Jerry Boykin commanded all the Army’s Green Berets as well as the Special Warfare Center and School.
In his thirty-six years in the army, LTG Boykin also served a tour with the CIA. He has participated in clandestine operations around the world and served his last four years in the Army as the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.

Mathew D. Staver, Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, has argued in numerous state and federal courts across the country, including the United States Supreme Court. He has testified before Congressional committees regarding public policy issues of national significance.
Mat serves as Dean of Liberty University School of Law. He is a trustee for the Supreme Court Historical Society. Mat is considered one of the premier constitutional litigators in the country and also conducts hundreds of media interviews each year.

Richard J. Fox was born on November 8, 1927. He was educated in the public schools of Philadelphia, graduating from Central High School in 1945. He then enlisted in the Naval Aviation V-5 Pilot Training Program and was sent to Georgia Institute of Technology as an aviation cadet. With the end of the Second World War and phasing down of the aviation training program, he returned to Georgia Tech to receive a Bachelor of Science. While at Georgia Tech, he applied for and received a direct commission as an Ensign in the U.S. Naval Reserve Supply Corps.
With the advent of the Korean War, he was called to active duty and served on the Battleship, the U.S.S. Missouri and the U.S. H.D. Crow DE 252.

Wes served for over two decades as an Oklahoma County prosecutor. During his tenure, he accumulated an exceptional trial record, winning about ninety-five percent of his jury trials. His career as an Oklahoma County prosecutor began in January of 1981 while he was a law student and landed a legal internship in the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office. After graduation in 1981, he was appointed Assistant District Attorney by Robert H. Macy. In July of 2001, Governor Frank Keating appointed Wes to fill the unexpired term of retiring Robert H. Macy. Wes was honored to be elected District Attorney in the fall of 2002 and served another four years in that capacity.
